What's a tamawo?
Tamawo hail from Bisaya Island, a remote island near the Ruby Sea.
They are yokai or fae-like creatures that are similar to Moogles in that they can turn invisible but can glamour into different forms.
Ginhawa, or the feeling of aether can be manipulated by tamawo.
They're very mischievous!
A philtrum, or midline groove in the upper lip that runs from the top of the lip to the nose,
is not visible on tamawo.
What's a civet?
Civets are also native to Bisaya Island and are similar to Miqo'te. Their ears are rounder and they have striped tails. A defining feature is the darkened band around their eyes, just like a raccoon or tanuki.
Their strong musk can either be pleasant or repulsive depending on the person.
Tamawo always have flowers and rocks at their disposal. Sunny likes to throw them at people! She'll even put dandelions in your pocket without asking.
You may have a leaf appear on your shoulder or nearby flowers turn toward you when she's in a mischievous mood.
Sunny loves sharing small poems with people. She would love playing with words just to get a rise out of you.
Are you friends with her? Well, you are now! Personal space is not a concept for Sunny as she will haunt you for fun.
Civets are naturally independent and shy, which Sunny and her sister, Tang, rebelled against.
Tang says she was spirited away. While she was born as a civet, she was made into a tamawo. When an existing tamawo lures a child and the child eats their magical cooking, the child turns into a tamawo.
Blaire is Sunny's wife!
They met when Sunny was staring wide-eyed at the marketboard. They fell in love at first sight and now Sunny eats all of Blaire's cakes.
Brynley is Sunny's son!
Sunny teaches him advanced calculus and always makes sure he has snacks in his pockets.
